Through his works he also seeks to push the limits of the material, exploring the semantics of three-dimensional forms and creating works that are both timeless and contemporary.

Aniana Heras

mena fueco

Born in the middle of the Spanish countryside (Sigüenza, Guadalajara), Aniana studied art and design in Madrid before moving to Berlin, where we met over 10 years ago.

After working as a designer and creative for more than 15 years, in February 2022 she started experimenting with clay as a way to explore new creative paths and reconnect with the physical world.

Every piece is completely improvised, a spontaneous creation born from a process of mental grounding and deep concentration.

In her artistic exploration, she fearlessly pushes the limits of the material, skilfully shaping forms that seem almost impossible to make in clay.

The newest entry in the Mena Fueco line-up: we're proud to have her aboard our ship and to be the first to show her work ❤️
