Shipping WITHIN ITALY is FREE.

DELIVERY
Deliveries are made by SDA, UPS or BRT (Bartolini) couriers on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Unfortunately it is not possible to choose the delivery day or time, so we recommend giving a delivery address where someone is always available.
Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details and the tracking number to follow your order.
Particularly large orders will be shipped with a specialised courier.
FAILED DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
If delivery fails because the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice confirming the delivery attempt and the parcel will be returned to the nearest depot. The notice will include the details needed to contact the courier within the following 3 days and arrange a second delivery attempt.
Otherwise, the parcel will be held for a maximum of 15 days, after which it will be returned to the sender, with redelivery costs charged to the buyer.
After 30 days the contract will be considered cancelled and MENA FUECO will refund the amount paid, minus the cost of returning the parcel to the sender.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, local taxes and clearance fees on arrival in the destination country. These costs are paid entirely by the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.
The recipient is also responsible for any customs brokerage fees required by local authorities to clear the goods.
